  • A follow-up appointment may be recommended to assess symmetry and outcomes

  • Maintenance treatments are typically scheduled every 3–4 months for best results

Important Note

Individual results vary. Botox is a prescription medication and is administered only after a medical evaluation by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

Dysport® vs. Botox®

Both Botox® and Dysport® are FDA-approved neuromodulators used to soften dynamic wrinkles by relaxing targeted facial muscles. While they work in similar ways, there are subtle differences that may make one a better option depending on your goals and facial anatomy.

Botox®

  • Onset: Results typically appear within 3–5 days

  • Longevity: Lasts approximately 3–4 months

  • Best suited for precise, targeted areas

  • Often chosen for clients seeking controlled, subtle movement

Dysport®

  • Onset: Results may appear slightly faster, often within 2–3 days

  • Longevity: Similar duration of 3–4 months

  • Tends to spread slightly more, making it ideal for larger treatment areas such as the forehead

  • May provide a softer, more natural look for some clients

Which Is Right for You?

The best option depends on your facial anatomy, muscle strength, and desired outcome. During your consultation, your provider will assess your movement patterns and recommend the product best suited to achieve natural, balanced results.

Important Note

Both Botox® and Dysport® are prescription medications and are administered only after a medical evaluation by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. Individual results may vary.
